BOX manufacturing is a privately owned electronics manufacturing company established in 2004 to manufacture the BOX range of telematic products.

Since then the operation has increased significantly with a multi skilled, dedicated workforce. We offer a manufacturing service to a large portfolio of blue chip clients from industries as diverse as, LED lighting, automotive, health care, brewery trade, aerospace, sub-sea exploration and telematics to name but a few.

The investment made in the manufacturing facility now provides an ultra modern, cutting edge, RoHS compliant manufacturing solution to customers, partner firms and OEMs. BOX manufacturing can offer automated surface mount production lines processing up to 50,000 component placements per hour, manual through-hole component insertion including dual-wave solder, AOI & ATE, mechanical assembly and test process capability.

BOX manufacturing can accommodate all new component and design requirements from simple single layer boards to multi-layered complex assemblies. Boards sizes of up to 600x360mm and pitch sizes down to 0.012” can be processed as can QFP and micro BGA components.

BOX manufacturing has also over recent years been awarded Pioneer status in m2m magazine 2009, and also received Entrepreneur Master Class award in 2001.
