BOX manufacturing can accommodate all new component and design requirements from simple single layer boards to multi-layered complex assemblies. Boards sizes of up to 600x360mm and pitch sizes down to 0.012” can be processed as can QFP and micro BGA components. BOX manufacturing has also over recent years been awarded Pioneer status in m2m magazine 2009, and also received Entrepreneur Master Class award in 2001. |
